What the Weekend Feels Like
Imagine waking up slowly, away from the city, hearing birdsong in the distance.
Still in your pyjama, you enjoy a steamy, warm cup of tea, before morning yoga to awaken your body.
Gently re-energised you sit down at the table for an aromatic, nutritious breakfast, excited for the whole weekend of wholesome activities.
For the rest of the morning, you lie at the beach, finally diving into a book you haven’t had the time to continue reading. You engage in deep conversations that stretch into laughter.
After a delicious lunch, you set off for an ocean-side walk, determined to soak up this blissful time, free from constant phone notifications.
In the afternoon, a sweet treat - you’re unwinding during a creative workshop with chocolate melting between your fingers as you decorate your own bar with edible flowers.
After light dinner? Warming up in sauna, evening by the fireplace, wrapped in a soft blanket.

Your Hosts:
Kasia is a Vinyasa yoga teacher from Poland and has been an enthusiast of board sports and dance from an early age. She spent nine years in London, climbing the ladder of the high-pressure digital advertising industry. After experiencing burnout, she turned toward her long-time passions - yoga, movement, and holistic well-being, which led her to rediscover quiet confidence and become a yoga teacher.

A year ago, she followed her dream of living in Lisbon’s sunshine, and now, Kasia is on a mission to help busy professionals find calm and balance by developing self-trust and joy through yoga, mindfulness, and creativity. Drawing on personal experience, Kasia creates warm and inclusive spaces where her students are empowered to listen to their needs, experiment with curiosity, and find their own rhythm—on the mat and in daily life.

Anna, originally from Russia, has been travelling and living in Lisbon for the past three years, where her love for movement, community, and mindful living truly blossomed. She is an English teacher, yoga enthusiast, and a Reformer Pilates lover, with several years of experience working as a yoga teacher assistant and helping organise yoga events in Lisbon. She loves cooking and hosting mini-retreats for friends, so they can spend unique, quality time when they come to visit. She also enjoys creative hobbies and has previously held small embroidery workshops.

Through this retreat, Anna wants to create a warm and thoughtfully-developed experience, where from the practice to shared meals, everything flows with ease, so you can slow down, feel supported, and truly relax.
