Sivananda Yoga is a comprehensive yoga practice which includes breathing exercises, sun salutations, core exercises, relaxation techniques, and asanas (postures). This 75 minute class is tailored for beginner and experienced yoga practitioners and focuses on integrating all the core elements of Hatha Yoga, based on the Sivananda style.
This class focuses on variations, holds, and beginner to intermediate postures. Each class will step you through a systematic way to refine your practice focusing on proper posture, alignment, and movement. This class is taught by Ashish Dashottar who has been practicing yoga for over 10 years and has participated in several yoga, meditation, and wellness programs in the U.S., Bahamas, and India. He is a certified Sivananda Yoga Instructor.
