About the Instructor:
Didi Anandavibha has been a gifted and devoted meditation teacher for 38 years since the age of 16. Her classes have helped many people improve focus, effectiveness, efficiency, and self-development. She is the owner of Seva Boutique in New Haven Connecticut, where 100 percent of the proceeds go toward programs to benefit women and children in India, Haiti, Mexico and Nicaragua.
