Elevate your weekend with a revitalizing Weekend Beach Yoga flow every Saturday on the sands of Huntington Beach taught by Candice and Christina! Experience the soft sand beneath your mat as we flow through a dynamic vinyasa sequence of postures, linking breath with movement to build strength, mobility and mindful awareness.
Expect a balanced practice that strengthens your mind, body and soul. This beach yoga class is designed to be accessible for everyone, from beginners to experienced yogis. We offer modifications for all levels, allowing everyone to reconnect with themselves.
Christina designs her yoga classes to process stress out of the body and regulate the nervous system. She offers students of all abilities the support needed to explore movement in their bodies while focusing the mind and connecting with the breath. Her greatest joy in teaching comes from connecting with people and witnessing the positive impact yoga has on their health and overall wellness.
Bring a mat, towel, or blanket (for added stability under your mat), a water bottle and a friend.
Classes are donation based to the instructors (Venmo, PayPal & Zelle).
