Join us for a rejuvenating Sunday morning Beach Yoga session led by Christina Lynne.

Expect a practice that focuses on cultivating a deep breath connection, enhancing mobility, and fostering mindfulness as you move with intention. It's an ideal way to unwind, de-stress, connect with your body and ground with the peaceful nature around you.
Christina designs her yoga classes to process stress out of the body and regulate the nervous system. She offers students of all abilities the support needed to explore movement in their bodies while focusing the mind, body, breath connection. Her greatest joy in teaching comes from connecting with people and witnessing the positive impact yoga has on their health and overall wellness.
Bring a mat, towel, or blanket, a water bottle and a friend. All are welcome!

Classes are donation-based to the instructor (Venmo, PayPal, Zelle or cash).
