Yin yoga invites you to slow down for a meditative practice emphasizing longer held postures to tap into your body’s deeper connective tissues.
Suitable for all levels, no prior yoga experience necessary.
What to bring: yoga mat, water bottle, any yoga props you may have such as yoga blocks, yoga bolster, blanket and yoga strap.
If you don’t own any props we will have some props available for you to use.
This is a 90 minutes class
