Restorative yoga invites you to completely relax your body and lets you reset the neuron-connections from brain to body giving an overall feeling of calmness and wellness. In restorative yoga your body is completely supported by props, and each pose is held for 10 minutes letting your body and mind completely reset. Due to the personal attention required we are limiting this class to 6 attendees.
Suitable for all levels, no prior yoga experience necessary.

**What to bring:** yoga mat, water bottle, any yoga props you may have such as yoga blocks, yoga bolster, blanket and yoga strap.
If you don’t own any props we will have some props available for you to use.
