I'm teaching Yoga for Surfers again this summer, same time and place as last year! Non surfers and non yogis welcome.

Inspired by my Yoga and Surf Retreats I have been holding for the last few years, I am teaching Yoga for Surfers classes. Come and join me at Hove Lawns every Wednesday, weather permitting (3rd lamppost from the Peace Statue) with a sea view for some Yoga for Surfers (non surfers and non yogis welcome!), this is a benificial class for anyone.

Please let me know you are coming or not at least half an hour before. As if no one books on I wont go down there. Send me a message/or a quick txt please.

Please bring a mat. I won't hold the class if its raining or looks like its about to chuck it down!
