Join us this Thursday evening for a very gentle yoga class — a soft, unhurried hour to come home to the body and breath. Whether you're brand new to yoga or returning after a long pause, you are welcome exactly as you are.
A space to pause. To soften. To breathe. And to carry a little calm with you into the rest of your week.

- GENTLE YOGA & RELAXATION with Mandee Labelle, 25 years teaching experience
- 40 minutes of very gentle yoga, followed by 10 minutes of relaxation
- No experience necessary — every body welcome
