Who: 10 Women looking for deeper connection to their yoga practice/meditation/nature, in a shared supportive space.
Where: Sky Pond "is a special nook nearby Jordan Lake. A dirt road along the pines opens into an intimate clearing where nature invites you to stay, and change". in Apex, NC. Attendees have enjoyed this location in nature, so we are here again for 'renewal and growth' this spring, knowing that there is no hurry to bloom... we all have our season.
We will practice outdoors and retreat to the indoors, if needed, if weather is inclement.
When: Friday evening, May 9th, from 4:30/5pm - 8:00pm (Feel free to arrive between 4:30pm - 5pm, to set up and check out nature at the pond. We will begin our practice at 5pm)
What: Yoga (vinyasa flow to yin); Meditation (seated and walking); Breathwork; Inner work/ journaling with theme in mind; Light dinner and hot/cold teas; Yoga In Nature (Spring) gift bag… more to come☺
Why: We all need time to disconnect, to nurture and nourish our minds, bodies and souls. Getting out of our personal environment, into nature, let's explore and make room for growth. Yoga heals. Nature heals.

I have been running these quarterly "Women Together" retreats for 4.5 years and each and every one of them is a wonderful journey.
