Winter months bring Yoga + Hiking + Hot Tea, as we explore our yoga (+ hike) and connect with nature through all of our senses. Let us feel grounded and connected to the earth as we move through our practice. This is a "pay when you sign up" to hold your spot, as spaces are limited. $25/person

Get a healthy dose of Yoga In Nature™ as we move through a 45 minute vinyasa flow yoga practice (ALL LEVELS INCLUDING FIRST TIMERS) then we walk in the woods, as we explore nature with all of our senses! Winter is a wonderful time to move through nature and experience the stillness, yet observe all that is alive. Allow 2.5 hours for the full event (although it could be closer to 2 hours if you choose to hike quickly and skip the tea/gathering at the end).
Yoga, hike, hot tea and community gathering:)
We will meet at Shinleaf, Falls Lake location and will explore our edges and breath, as we connect to our natural surroundings. NO MAT NEEDED. We will work through a standing slow flow, growing roots and connecting to the earth. Then we will take a 2-3 mile out and back hike to Shinleaf Point, on trails (alternate route from this parking as an option if needed) Feel free to bring an insulated mug to carry on our journey (or I will have cups for tea).
Wear layers and good shoes for hiking.
If it rains, is freezing, or generally inclement weather, I will cancel at least 24 hours in advance and reschedule for the following weekend.
