While the exhibition at the Johnson Collection Gallery is being switched out, Tranquil Tuesdays will be at Willow Oaks Park in Hampton Heights (October 20 and 27th). We'll be back in the gallery on November 3rd.
Join Alix Refshauge (RYT 500) for Tranquil Tuesdays in Willow Oaks Park in the Hampton Heights Neighborhood for an all-levels Yin and Flow. Enjoy a lovely outdoor practice in the shade of Hampton Heights beautiful trees. The class will include mindful movement, breathwork and meditation. A great start to your day! Dress comfortably and bring water.
