In this class you will experience:

-Sri Sri Yoga - authentic hatha yoga experience, in its purest form
-Pranayama
-Meditation by a meditation and breathwork teacher who has trained under a master over many years
-Practical Wisdom from the Yoga Sutras
-A sense of calm, natural energy, and happiness
-A warm, fun, inclusive, and welcoming space for all
-All abilities and bodies are welcome.

MK Anand (he/him) is a clean energy engineer by day and meditation and yoga teacher and kirtan singer the rest of the time. For 20 years, MK has been sharing meditation and yoga for centredness, calmness and skillful action for the everyday individual. In his own life, MK uses yoga to thrive within the inevitable ups and downs of modern life.

MK is the co-founder of Santani Āyurveda, an authentic Ayurveda and Yoga studio. He is also a meditation, yoga and breathwork facilitator with the Art of Living Foundation.

Any donations benefit Art of Living Vancouver's Joy of Sharing Program. Every week volunteers cook and share healthy meals for Vancouver's homeless community.
