Connect to your core and stretch your body to stay in shape and find energetic, emotional and mental balance. I offer various online lessons from Monday to Friday and give Myofascial release workshops in the heart of the city of Lisbon.

Release tension whilst finding a sense of peace within. Classes are alignment orientated and include flowing Vinyasa elements to create balance within body, mind & spirit.
Starting point is a short Meditation and a connection to your breath. Following a warm up with variations of sun salutations in tune with your breath, we will hold positions for a few breaths before you move into deeper stretches. With the flow of our breath, we create space that helps us to stay focused and go deeper to observe sensations and experience a state of meditation.
We will finish with a short meditation for clarity and peace of mind to integrate all the benefits of our practice.
