In this workshop you will learn self-massage techniques that help you to feel more comfortable in your body and relieve mental and emotional stress to breathe deeply and increase your wellbeing.
The Roll Model Method® is a myofascial release self-massage practise to help improve range of movement, strengthen musculature around the joints and erase pain. This includes breath work, check ins and re-checks and learning about Fascia & Anatomy***.***
Johanna will teach you rolling techniques, using Roll Model® Therapy Balls of different sizes to target common tension areas in the body:
starting with your feet where we apply different massage techniques and continue with upper back, shoulders, arms, ribcage, lower back, abdomen buttocks, hips and finish with a lovely hand, neck- & face massage.
All equipment will be provided in the workshop.
