Are you curious about yoga but intimidated by studios or gyms? Do you want to deepen your yoga practice and meet other like-minded folks? Yoga NYC Meetup offers donation-based open level classes taught by certified yoga instructors. With nearly 5000 members, we are one of the largest yoga meetups and offer classes in the park in the warm weather as well as indoor classes and private sessions.
Join Monica Ha for a Yoga Narada® class at the inspiring St Bart's. Through a combination of Hatha and Kundalini yoga principles, Monica will guide you from the inside out. The class will move from a sensory awareness of the physical body, to progress through specific breath work to activate and stimulate the nervous system. Yoga Narada® provides a way to achieve flexibility in the body, while maintaining coordinated control through seated, lying and standing sequences. Come relax a little from the pressures and tensions of everyday work-life!
All levels welcome!
**Space is limited for this donation-based event. You must RSVP here.**
***If you can no longer attend the event, please cancel your reservation AT LEAST 48 HOURS before to make room for someone else.***
