This is an all skill levels Hula Hoop Fitness Class.
"AGES 10 to 110"
*Bring a friend and your class is $10 each.....
- If you don't have a hoop don't worry I will have extras for you to use.
This class will build on the foundations of keeping fit with a Hula Hoop.
You will be amazed at how much fun you can have burning calories and whittling your middle with this fabulous form of cardio fitness and play.
You will learn the basics of Hula Hoop Fitness, Refine your skills as a Hoopdancer and evolve your practice. I work with everyone, one on one and as a group. To help you improve your hooping skills.....
Wear comfortable yoga like clothing and bring water to drink.
Beginners / New to Hoopdance:
Learn proper form, beginning foundational basics movements & tricks, build cardiovascular strength while burning calories losing weight and having fun.
