This 60-mins Ahimsa-style Yoga class, will include a focus on breathing in sync with body movements into yoga poses, awareness of core body energy centres, and also building strength, improving flexibility and practicing balance.
Ahimsa is the Sanskrit word for "non-harming" or "non-violence". This style of yoga allows for modifications to yoga poses for "every body" and everybody!
