But Now, during these colder months… For those who went to any of the Yogastronomy events in the past you know that both you and I have enjoyed Stacy’s personable classes (infused with simply her tone that pushes you to enjoy the moments of hard work and laughter).

If park ground is muddy or rain is forecast then we will notify ~noon if the event is canceled. If this event is canceled it (most probably) will be postponed to May 27th the same starting hour.

Bring a yoga mat, towel (for wiping off sweat), and water bottle. We will place our mats near the center of this small park- you will see a 9 foot telescope being set up in that direction.
Note: there is no restroom at this park so please plan accordingly :)

Stacy Shepherd will lead the practice at the time stated above. If you have troubles finding the place Matt Cooper will message you back through the app.

After yoga, Stacy will lead you to the area where there will be experts with telescopes that will show you planets and deep sky objects.

Search “Dallas area stargazing” in the meetups app if you want to see more details on the stargazing activity after yoga - but you don’t have to join that meetup group to attend their event - you are already welcome since you joined Yogastronomy.
