Evening Yoga: while teaching, Matt talks sky events occurring today & this week

Welcome everyone!

Note: Fair weather is predicted for this day

This event will simply contain a 45 to 60 minute session of restorative yoga - it will be fairly intensive at the start

Side Note: Public restrooms are ------

Inexpensive yoga mats are available at Target, TJ Max and many other stores.
Bring a yoga mat, towel (for wiping off sweat), and water bottle. If you have a yoga block or that would be great too
We will place our mats near the center of this small grassy area facing sunset.
