Our 3-night yoga & hiking weekend is in the heart of Wales and gateway to the Cambrian Mountains.
Our venue is a beautiful barn conversion with twin and single en-suite accommodation. This includes a gym and sauna, a beautiful lake suitable for wild swimming, use of two large canoes (life jackets included and essential), fire pit with group log seating, BBQ cabana, extensive manicured grounds, walking throughout the 200 acre private estate and beyond, and ample parking for all guests.
There is underfloor heating throughout the building - perfect for our yoga classes!
This weekend is £350 per person for a shared doubl /twin ensuite room or £415 per person for a single en-suite room and includes:
• 3 nights accommodation in shared twin en-suite rooms
• 5 Alignment-based Flow Yoga classes - suitable for all levels including beginners
• 2 guided hikes
• All meals - plant based and organic where possible!
*Transport costs are not included.

Arrive from 4pm onwards
6pm yoga
7.30pm dinner
Friday
8am Yoga session
9.15am Breakfast
10.15am set off for the hike (with a picnic lunch)
Arrive back around 4pm for time to relax

If travelling by train, the nearesr station is Caersws which is 15 minutes away. Taxis can be booked locally to transport you to the venue. Prior booking of taxis is essential.
It is roughly a 4 hour journey from central London changing at Birmingham New Street if travelling from South East. Trains run every hour from Shrewsbury.
