Sunset Practice Oeste / Temple Debod

Join me for a practice in Lovely Oeste park near Temple de Debod. We will meet at the Mirador by the fountains and walk to a flat private spot to practice.

We will begin promptly at 9pm, so arrive between 8:45-8:50.

This is an all levels practice, you will feel comfortable in the foundational expressions of the postures and also have room to move into the more advanced expressions as well.
