โœจ 60-min yoga practice with mini Meditationโœจ

60-min yoga practice to promote circulation and relaxation. We focus on fundamental postures, breathwork and pelvic floor exercises. The goal is to support wellness for mind & the changing body.

We will flow mindfully, and you will enjoy a well deserved savasana/ corpse pose to end practice with deep relaxation. Every person can practice & cultivate mind-body balance.
