75-min yoga practice w/ mini Meditation: Join for an active yoga practice to promote circulation. We focus on fundamental postures with the goal to support wellness for mind & body.
Don't worry! 75-min practice includes time to for a guided Mindfulness Meditation. You will also enjoy a well deserved savasana/ corpse pose to end practice with deep relaxation. Every person can practice & cultivate mind-body balance.
