Aloha and namaste. All are welcome to join a session of extended deep meditation complimented with free form yoga. Free and open to the public. Donations welcome, not required.
We will meet by the makai picnic area #6 of Kapiolani Park between Barefoot Beach cafe and the aquarium. Please bring a mat, towel, props or anything else you may need to feel comfortable.
