An invitation to soften, slow down, and listen within.
Through grounding movements, mindful breathing and guided reflection, this class creates space to reconnect with your body and nervous system. We begin with an intentional asana practice to awaken the body and build awareness from the inside out. As the practice unfolds, mindful movement and conscious breathing will support you in tuning into your emotional and physical state with greater clarity and presence in the now.
The body holds stories, sensations, and emotions while the nervous system often guides how we experience them. This class offers a gentle space to regulate, reflect, release, and reconnect.
Guided reflections are woven throughout the practice to support deeper self-awareness and integration. You’re welcome to journal, simply reflect internally, or engage in whatever way feels supportive to you.
