Welcome to a movement-focused community where yoga meets functional mobility. Whether you sit at a desk all day, train hard at the gym, or simply want to move and feel better in your body, our group sessions are designed to unlock tightness, boost joint health, and build real-life flexibility and strength.

Rooted in the principles of yoga, but guided by an understanding of anatomy and everyday mobility, our sessions blend intentional stretching, mindful movement, and strength-based flows that help you move with ease- both on and off the mat.

We meet at different indoor and outdoor locations to keep things fresh, energising, and seasonal. Expect a mix of mats, laughter, and deep exhales!
