I'm Kirsty. You are invited to my Yoga Classes, events and retreats. I teach Hatha, Yoga Flow, Yin, Surf Yoga, SUP Yoga, Surf Set, Paddleboarding and meditation. I run Yoga Retreats in Devon and Cornwall. As well as workshops and classes.

Synchronize yourself with the healing flow of the ocean over a long weekend spent camping on Devon's stunning coast. Connect with your mind, body, and spirit through energizing and dynamic yoga flow and relaxing evening classes taught beneath the open, blue skies overlooking the ocean. Unwind in the rhythm of the waves, testing your balance during surfing or SUP lessons, or simply relaxing in the soothing sea. Take meditational walks along sandy shores and unwind around a crackling fire beneath a night sky full of stars. Be present, relax, and lean into happiness as you embrace the quiet power of nature.
We stay 3 x nights camping (or find your own accommodation) in Croyde near the sea, do 6 x Yoga and Meditation classes over the weekend in the village hall or outdoors. The weekend is £345. You can book Yurts at your own cost at the site on Freshwell camping website.
The campsite is at Freshwell Camping for 3 nights, it's right next to the beach. It has showers/toilets/drinking water etc. (bring your own tent) or they have glamping yurt options (£80 per night extra) or feel free to book and pay for any other accommodation of your choice in Croyde if you don't fancy camping (it's a small village)
If you book a surf lesson it is £35 for 2 hours. This includes board and wetsuit. The cost of the camping for 3 nights is included in the cost, as is yoga over the 4 days and I will make morning tea and coffee in the mornings, just bring a mug. I will make us a fire in the evening and take you on a coastal walk. If you want to glamp in a Yurt you need to pay for that yourself by booking through the campsite, Freshwell Camping. Thanks.
We can eat out together every meal, or bring some food if you prefer. There is breakfast/coffee etc to buy nearby and on site in the mornings, there are many cafes and restaurants and a small supermarket very close by, or you can bring your own food. . There is a BBQ night at Freshwell on Friday evenings for £6/8, around a fire with cozy comfortable sheltered seating. There is also a lovely Sri Lankan curry van on site 'Hippy Happy Hoppers' where you can buy breakfast.

The Hatha flow yoga class is for beginners and intermediate Yogis, I can vary the postures to suit all abilities. I will also do some more restorative, relaxing classes in the evening and some Yin yoga. My varied mix of guided meditations will help you in different areas of your life and help you to calm the mind and bring you into the present.
