Need Help for Registering to Hamaspo

Hi Badminton Lover's

I have called them, and I got this conformation.

I can do this registrations for you guys, but, I need to collect some information from another 3 persons.

What do I need ?

1. Full Name (Romaji or Kanji )
2. Name (Hiragana)
3. Gender : M/F
4. Birthday : YYYY/MM/DD

5.Phone Number :

6.Home Address (this one should be Yokohama )

7. Postal Code

8. Driving License Card or Alien Registration Card ( JUST THE COPY)

Please send it to me via message, and the copy of your ID card to the mail box to my house which is :

Hi Badminton Lover's

Since this community is still new, we need to register to the Hamaspo in order to use the sport center facilities.

We need 5 peoples to do this. Now, I need 3 peoples more to complete this registration.

The flow of the registration :

1. We need to register online using this website (Japanese). Here is the link and the explanation (in Japanese though).

2. After we registered online, they will send you a letter via mail which is the payment paper which cost 1.000 Yen for the registration.

3. After the payment, they will send you the HAMAKKO CARD and the receipt.And after that we need to take the payment receipt to the Service Center with our ID Card which proof that we are living in Yokohama (Yokohama Address ID Card).

4.Wala !! we are done, and we can make a reservations for the group!

So here is the deal,

I need 3 peoples who willing to do this and make the 1.000 payment. I will give a free participant fee on the first our MeetUp Badminton Event.

And those 3 people have to come with me on October 5th 2014 which is Sunday, to complete the Hamakko Card Registrations.
