Hey, I'm Monika! Welcome to the group!

Here, I organize yoga events where you can improve your flexibility, balance, and strength through various yoga poses. You'll also have the chance to assess your current fitness level and biological age through fitness tests that we can do together!

At some events, we'll practice face yoga exercises—fun and simple movements that, when done regularly, can help relax your face and give it a more youthful appearance.

I hold an RYT 200 certification from the Japanese Firstship Yoga Academy and practice yoga every morning. I'm excited to share this passion with you and look forward to practicing together!
