Hey, I'm Monika! Welcome to the group!
Here, I organize yoga events where you can improve your flexibility, balance, and strength through various yoga poses. We do hatha yoga combined with some ashtanga elements.
I hold an RYT 200 certification from the Japanese Firstship Yoga Academy and practice yoga every morning. I'm excited to share this passion with you and look forward to practicing together!
