Join us for a fun BBQ with the people we’ve connected with from spring to summer 2025 😊

✅ Who can join:
Anyone who has joined an Early Birds language exchange event between April 1 and July 31, 2025.

Roughly 10 spots each for male and female participants will be available (first come, first served.

🍹 Facilities & Drinks:
• Restrooms available
• Covered area (roofed)
• Trash bins provided
• Alcoholic and soft drinks available for purchase at the venue

❗️ Cancellation Policy:
Free cancellation is available until Tuesday, July 29 at 11:59 PM.
After that, you will be asked to cover the full facility fee if you cancel.

☔️ The event will be held rain or shine.

✅ 参加資格：
2025年4月1日〜7月31日までの間に、Early Birdsの語学交換イベントに参加したことがある方

今回は男女ともに10名程度ずつのご参加を予定しています。

キャンセルは 7月29日（火）24:00まで にご連絡ください。
それ以降のキャンセルは、施設利用費の全額をご負担いただきますのでご注意ください。
