## I’ll Teach You Programming, You Teach Me Mandarin Chinese

Hello everyone,
Welcome to my very first experimental meetup — a little wild idea born from curiosity, caffeine, and an open terminal window.
Recently, I began learning Mandarin Chinese, but I quickly realized that memorizing characters from a textbook wasn’t enough for me. I wanted something real — something that connects people, skills, and stories.
So here’s the deal:

> I’ll teach you the fundamentals of programming, and you’ll teach me Mandarin Chinese.

This is not a traditional class. It’s a skill-swap experiment, an exchange between two worlds — technology and language. While I teach you how to navigate a Linux server and write your first Python programs, you’ll guide me through the basics of Mandarin pronunciation, tones, and conversation.
We’ll use a cloud server running Linux and the Python programming language — simple, beginner-friendly, and powerful. You’ll learn how to write your first lines of code and even set up your own small cloud storage system.

### Why I Started Learning Chinese

I’ve been an Android app developer for years, and I’ve always been fascinated by the creativity and innovation coming from Chinese smartphone manufacturers — companies like Huawei, Xiaomi, and OnePlus.
Their technology, design, and community spirit inspired me to understand not only their products but also their language and culture.
So, this meetup is more than just coding and grammar — it’s my personal experiment in connection.

• You teach: Mandarin Chinese (any level is fine!)
• We learn together — building skills, language, and friendship at the same time

I have no idea what this event will become — and that’s what makes it exciting. Maybe it’s the start of a new community. Maybe it’s just a good coffee and a great conversation.
Either way, I hope to build this meetup together with you, from the ground up — like writing the first line of a new program.

このイベントは、私にとって初めての実験的なミートアップです。
ちょっとした好奇心から生まれた、少し風変わりなアイデアかもです。
最近、中国語（マンダリン）の勉強を始めました。
しかし、テキストで漢字を覚えるだけでは物足りず、もっと「生きた学び」——人と人、スキルとストーリーが交わる場所を探していました。
そこで思いついたのが、この企画です。

私のパートでは、Linuxサーバーの基本操作や、初心者でも学びやすいプログラミング言語「Python」を使って、コードを書く方法をお伝えします。
あなたのパートでは、中国語の発音や会話の基礎を私に教えてください。
使用するのは、Linuxがインストールされたクラウドサーバーと、シンプルでパワフルなPythonです。
プログラミングの基礎を学びながら、自分専用のクラウドストレージを構築する体験もしていただけます。

### 私が中国語を学び始めた理由
