Alecraft SoYoCo Friday Social C+ Group Rides

Friday Social Group (No Drop) Rides at a C+ pace - generally hilly because that's the terrain we have in this area. Expect to ride 25-30mi @ about 15-16MPH average pace. Bring a change of clothes for post-ride food & drink at Alecraft if you wish.

These rides have traditionally been about an easier & fun workout at the end of the week where we ride the low-traffic roads & can chat while riding at an easier pace. There are always hills to welcome periodic sprints but the spirit of the ride is to ride as a group with re-groups at stop-signs when we get dispersed.
