The Family Support Group is a peer-led confidential and safe support group for families/friends and caregivers who care for an adult with a mental health condition by utilizing collective lived experiences and learned group wisdom we hope to understand and support each other and our community.
This group meets on the First and Third Tuesday of each month.

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting.
NAMI’s support groups provide a confidential and safe space for families, caregivers, and individuals affected by mental illness, to be heard and to receive the support they deserve.
- Zoom Meetings usually last either an hour or an hour and a half
- All meetings require a PASSWORD and registration, see each group for access information
- FREE to participants, no membership required
- Meets weekly
- No specific medical therapy or medication is endorsed or recommended
- Meetings led by individuals who have experienced mental illness themselves or through a loved one.
