The Connection Support Group is a peer-led support group for adults diagnosed with a mental illness. It’s a safe place where people learn from each others’ experiences, share coping strategies, and offer each other encouragement and understanding.
- 1st & 3rd Thursdays via Zoom PLEASE NOTE: This group also meets on the 4th Thursday of every month in person at THE HUT)

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting.
NAMI’s Peer support groups provide a confidential and safe space for families, caregivers, and individuals affected by mental illness, to be heard and to receive the support they deserve.
- Zoom Meetings usually last either an hour or an hour and a half
- All meetings require a PASSWORD and registration, see each group for access information
- FREE to participants, no membership required
- Meets weekly or monthly depending on the group
- No specific medical therapy or medication is endorsed or recommended
- Meetings led by individuals who have experienced mental illness themselves or through a loved one.
