Dear friends, please arrive a few. minutes early to the UUCY 925 S. George Street Parking Lot. Walk around the main chapel and downhill to the rounded window Carriage House directly behind the main chapel . We start at 6. We meet every Sunday except holidays . If you wish to sit on the floor bring a mat and cushion. Comfortable seating is provided. We begin with a guided to silent meditation, or a deep relaxation meditation. We than go outdoors weather permitting for walking meditation. We return for a teaching from Thich That Hanh or Pema Chodron or other prominent teachers and than open discussion to the teaching or any struggles one might be having with life or the practice; We do not give advice, but we will listen deeply. We are inclusive of all spiritual backgrounds. A basket will be passed for expenses, (suggested from 3-5 dollars) but if your broke your presence is your donation.
