The Wildlings One-Shot Adventure

This month we're playing The Wildlings, a simple but fun adventure system (written by John Harper of [OneSevenDesign.com](http://onesevendesign.com/)) in which the players take on the roles of Viking-style heroes in a rugged wilderness setting. The system uses five attributes associated with animal spirits to describe your abilities. If you are new to tabletop roleplaying games (TTRPGs), The Wildlings will be a good introduction, but experienced players will enjoy it, too.

CHARACTER SHEETS

Character sheets and miniatures will be provided for players to select from when they arrive at the event - first come, first served. Here is a sneak peak at the characters you can play:

• The Charming Diplomat. Your graceful manner and speech can sway the most ill-tempered of adversaries, just as your keen insight can penetrate their lies.
• The Fearless Hunter. You're a fearless hunter, at home in the wild lands beyond your village walls, tempted by the most dangerous prey.
• The Keeper of Lore. You are driven by curiosity for the secrets of the past and the knowledge to be found in the crumbling ruins of lost ages.
• The Rugged Warrior. You crave battle, be it against beast, man or god. The fire in your soul fuels the fury of your blows upon those endangering your kin.
• The Stealthy Rogue. You're a stealthy prowler, moving quiet as a shadow and striking at your enemies with the speed of a serpent.
