20s & 30s Newbie night (Food & Drinks at Spark)

Looking to make new friends and add some excitement to your week? 🌆 Join us for our Monthly Newbie Midweek Meetup—a cosy and relaxed evening perfect for socialising and unwinding!

Whether you're new to York or a local eager to expand your social circle, this event is aimed primarily at people in their 20s and 30s and offers a welcoming atmosphere to connect with like-minded individuals.

As one of our Newbie Nights, we ask that you only attend this event if you've been to 3 or less events with York Social Group before.

🍔 What to Expect:

• Delicious Food & Drinks at Spark: We'll kick off the evening at Spark, York's vibrant community space filled with a variety of food vendors and bars. From tasty street food to refreshing drinks, there's something for everyone! Since seating is first-come, first-served and tables fit about 6-8 people, we recommend arriving close to the start time to secure a spot with the group. We'll post our exact location and table number on the night so you can find us easily.
• Live Music at The Habit: Around 20:30, if enough of us are feeling like continuing the night, we'll head over to The Habit for their popular open mic night. Enjoy a range of live acoustic performances in a cosy setting—it's a great way to experience local talent and relax midweek.

Many of our members attend solo and are newcomers to the city or the group. Our friendly hosts will make sure you feel right at home and help you connect with others.
