About us
Welcome to the Yorkshire Classics & Youngtimers Club!
Unlike traditional social car clubs, our primary goal is to provide practical, hands-on support and resource sharing for owners of classic and retro vehicles.
We aim to club together to solve the real challenges of maintaining older cars, such as finding secure storage, sourcing rare parts, and overcoming complex mechanical hurdles.
We are hoping to meet dedicated owners, DIY mechanics, and enthusiasts who are willing to get their hands dirty and help fellow members.
Whether you are a seasoned mechanic or a novice eager to learn, if you believe in collaborative problem-solving and mutual support, you'll fit right in.
Instead of just parking in a field, our events focus on action. You can expect hands-on garage days, collaborative wrenching sessions, and technical workshops.
We also work together to pool resources, such as tool-sharing cooperatives and group efforts to secure shared workshop space or affordable vehicle storage.
Let's pool our knowledge and keep these cars on the road, together.
