Tenaya Lake Paddle Yoga Play

I’m planning a relaxing day of hanging around the Tenaya Lake & Tuolumne Meadows area on September 6th. It’s a Wednesday.

I’ll be at Tenaya Lake for a 9am yoga class, and a 6:15pm yoga class. These classes will be on stand up paddle boards. The morning class will be a little more invigorating, and the evening class will be a gentle and relaxing experience. If you want to join and bring your own paddle board please just let me know so I know to expect people. This is a free class though I’m happy to accept donations :)

If you don’t have a board, just let me know and I can bring you one. I won’t haul more than I need so please rsvp for a board. I ask $20 for the board rental :))

This class is intended for locals and park employees only. Friends welcome. Please RSVP (especially if you need a board) by September 4th. Let me know if you have any questions!
