Wind-Down Warrior is a relaxed, guided two-hour session to help you:
- Reflect on what worked (and what didn’t) this week
- Offload the mental clutter
- Map out next week’s action plan
- Log off feeling clear, calm, and ready to actually enjoy your weekend
### What we’ll do:
5:00–5:15pm – Weekly reflection (wins, lessons, and "next time I’ll...")
5:15–5:45pm – Brain dump + to-do list compilation
5:45–6:45pm – Quiet planning time (assign tasks to your week)
6:45–7:00pm – Optional check-out or chat
You’ll leave with a plan, a clearer head, and no guilt-ridden background noise while you’re trying to relax, socialise, or Netflix.
