You’ve made it through another week, but your mind’s still buzzing with open tabs, half-finished ideas, and a to-do list that’s haunting your downtime.

Let’s change that.

Wind-Down Warrior is a relaxed, guided two-hour session to help you:

  • Reflect on what worked (and what didn’t) this week
  • Offload the mental clutter
  • Map out next week’s action plan
  • Log off feeling clear, calm, and ready to actually enjoy your weekend

### What we’ll do:

5:00–5:15pm – Weekly reflection (wins, lessons, and "next time I’ll...")
5:15–5:45pm – Brain dump + to-do list compilation
5:45–6:45pm – Quiet planning time (assign tasks to your week)
6:45–7:00pm – Optional check-out or chat

You’ll leave with a plan, a clearer head, and no guilt-ridden background noise while you’re trying to relax, socialise, or Netflix.

ALL YOU NEED IS A PEN AND PAPER
