What we’re about
A narcissistic abusive relationship leaves you drained, depleted, lost, and unstable emotionally, financially, psychologically, and sometimes physically. This can be very hard to navigate and overcome. This is because those around you never seem to understand; if they do, they don't know how to help or support you.
The healing journey comes with a lot of questions on what happened, why it happened, questioning your partner's actions and intentions, questioning your sanity trying to figure out the next move/step, seeking closure and validation, trying to get back to the person you were before this whole mess, co-parenting, communication, dealing with anxiety and triggers, self-doubt, fighting codependency and trauma bond...the list is long. It makes you feel like you are losing it!
The Healing journey can be very challenging but working and surrounding yourself with those who understand,( Your tribe) sharing your story and/or working with a professional makes a big difference. whatever happens, always remind yourself, you are not losing it and you are not alone
