If meditation became a To Do on your morning checklist or a practice where you hope to achieve some kind of results, you are still operating from the mind.
In order to quiet the mind, your meditation practice should be the practice of being.
Often I hear that people say: 'I can't meditate" or "My mind never stops". If that's the case, this is the event for you.
During this online session we will explore the different gateways to stillness and you will be able to experience what it means to go beyond the mind.
This is an online event that will take about 45 minutes to one hour.
