Women Goal-Getters: Monthly Feedback Forum (November - Virtual)

Bring a goal you are working on to the group to get advice and feedback and give other goal-getters advice and feedback. Bring yourself, your goal, your laptop, and let's goal-get!

Our feedback forums are a great place to brainstorm, bounce ideas, and present items for review to other members.
The format will consist of 20-minute speed sessions in which we pair off and evaluate or provide feedback on each other's goals. Each member will receive 10 minutes to focus on their respective goal.

We will convene for the last 10 minutes for a group discussion and motivation.

Some tips that are helpful to remember!

• Brevity is a virtue! 10 minutes is a short time, so make sure you can clearly explain what you're working on and what kind of feedback you need.
• Respect each other's time and goals. This is a forum for giving and receiving feedback to achieve better outcomes. While it's great to socialize, many people come here with a specific purpose and want to get the most out of this event. So, please respect everyone's time and goals.
• Screen sharing and file dropping is allowed! If you have content to share, please familiarize yourself with Zoom to maximize your time. You can share your screen or link to a document, file, or website. Please respect others when doing this.

Note: the goal here is not to sell things or services but to get objective feedback from others to help improve as you journey toward your goal.

Examples:

• Are you writing an essay, thought piece, email, or blog post? Have someone proofread your work.
• Are you working on a marketing campaign for your business? Get feedback on some materials you plan to launch.
• On a weight-loss journey? Review your meal and exercise plan with someone or get encouragement and advice for continuing.
• Launching a new website? Have someone review it!
• Talk with another goal-getter about a roadblock you are experiencing.
