Find moments of peace in a chaotic world.

The last event was a HUGE SUCCESS!

Let's do it again.

15 people attended and I received overwhelmingly positive feedback, and got some wonderful suggestions that I'm going to implement.

  • Extending the guided meditation to add inner resource development. (This is actually an essential part of EMDR Therapy)
  • Longer deep resonant sound portion.
  • More use of Native American Flutes and chimes.

Financial Note: I am going to have to start charging for these events If I want to continue them. There is quite a bit of overhead involved.

$50...
But I don't want money to be an obstacle. Pay what you're comfortable paying. Less is OK, or be my guest if that helps you to attend. And if you want to be a Supporting Angel you could chip in a little more. It's entirely up to you. You can decide when you get here.

Venmo, PayPal, Cash at the door.

This sound bath experience uses ancient instruments including gongs, Tibetan bells, singing bowls, seed rattles and more to achieve deep relaxation, emotional (and sometimes physical) healing, and transcendent experiences. This type of work is well suited for those who are familiar with meditation or non-ordinary mind state exploration, as well as those with no experience in these areas and are either just curious, or are looking for a way to address anxiety and find moments of peace in a chaotic world.

We will spend time explaining the process and get to know each other a little. There will be plenty of time for questions and answers. Once we set our intentions and feel comfortable, light movement and breathing will follow. Then we all settle into the sound experience. After the sound portion we will have plenty of time for sharing.

What to bring:

  • Yoga Matt to lie on.
  • Pillow for your head
  • Towel or light blanket
  • Water
  • Anything to support comfort lying on your back
  • Comfortable eye covering
  • Ear plugs if you're sensitive to loud sounds

Please, BE ON TIME ๐Ÿ™‚

  • It's ok to be fashionably late, ten or fifteen minutes, or early if you'd like to help setup and chitchat a little beforehand, but to create an uninterrupted flow and assure everyone is well prepared:
  • The doors will close at 6, so:
  • NO ENTRY AFTER 6p
