Group Soundbath Therapy
This event just keeps getting better. The first two were a huge success.
Gentle embracing sound vibrations...
from strategically played gongs, Tibetan bowls, bells, chimes, Indian Flutes, and other melodic instruments.
With my experience of over 25 years of practice as a licensed therapist in California incorporating EMDR, Breathwork, Mindfulness, hypnosis and other active evidence-based therapies, I recognize the importance of disconnecting from daily stresses to have moments of calm relaxation to…
Achieve lasting mental and physical health.
It is also important to recognize that deep subconscious emotionally based learning and neural adaptation created by early and later life events and hereditary factors can send us into states of chronic hyper-arousal making it hard let go and be calm. The good news is that this can be changed.
Though we can't fully transform these conditions in a casual group setting, we can begin the process. A little can go a long way. I've seen it. So, let’s begin this process together so you can more easily access peaceful states in your daily life.
Drawing from breathing techniques, Mindfulness, guided visualization (a technique sometimes associated with Yoga and hypnosis), we will begin to create the impression of a peaceful environment around you, so you can truly feel safe when you are safe.
