Welcome to ATX Young African Professionals! A community dedicated to building a stronger network of young professional Africans and people of African descent in Austin. We come together to connect, share our successes, and celebrate our vibrant cultures. We also welcome friends and anyone with an interest in African heritage and culture.
This group is about bringing together a diverse community of people who value fun, exploration, and meaningful connections. Whether you’re looking to expand your network, make new friends, try new foods, or experience cultural events, this is the group for you!

Join us as we welcome the New Year in style! Connect and mingle with new friends while enjoying music from across Africa—West, East, North, South, and Central. Light refreshments and bites, card games, and photography. Event photos will be shared afterward via a shared drive.
Event will end promptly at 10pm.
Dress Code: Formal. Dress warmly for outdoor patio.
Guests: +1 only, due to limited capacity (optional)
Parking: Limited on-site spaces. Free street parking along San Saba St. and Liberty Ave. Parking garages are free. Carpooling highly encouraged.
