\- have an emergency action plan
\- engage in some open and honest conversations
\- talk about cash\, chores and childcare
\- build in time right now \- non negotiable times for yourself

More heads are better than one, so let's walk and talk to brainstorm and I'll track your ideas as we walk.

This is a moderated group coaching session on the go, so that you can do something for your mental health, physical fitness and it's a cognitive wake up call too - as this will be in English.

If you want language feedback from me as a native speaking communication coach from the UK, I am more than happy to do that but not at the event itself, there simply won't be time. It's a packed programme and I would rather give you the chance to network with other career minded Mums.
