This trail has good shade, and for most of the distance, it runs along a river most the way and stays nice and cool. It has a pretty steady gradual incline with 2-3 steeper inclines, so you can expect a bit of a workout. The meadows at the end are worth it and you can enjoy beautiful views of the Aspens!
